Refund policy
The NextGen Herbs team process orders as they arrive due to our products not containing any preservatives. All of our products have natural ingredients and some are meant to last between 7 to 120 days with freezer lifespan included, therefore, we do not offer refunds.
If glass bottles and products arrive broken or damaged, please email us at nextgenherbs365@gmail.com with the concern and a picture of the broken glass bottles and/or damaged goods
Juices in plastic bottles are shipped frozen with dry ice. Dry ice label will be on the shipping box. Please discard dry ice pouch immediately.
Products are shipped by United States Postal Service and typically should take 3 days for products to ship; tracking number will be provided.
