Q: After placing an order, how long will it take to receive the products?

A: Typically, three days; however, days may vary due to USPS delivery logistics. Tracking number will be provided.

Q: What herbal products can I consume if pregnant?

A: Due to strong herbal blends, we recommend that if you are pregnant, you consult with your doctor(s).

Q: Can I freeze the bottles and how long can they be frozen before consumption?

A: Our plastic juice bottles are freezer friendly. Juices in plastic bottles will be shipped frozen. All plastic juice bottles can be frozen up to six months, but some nutrients may be lost in the process. We recommend keeping the juice frozen for no more than 3 months to obtain the nutritionist benefits.

Q: What is the refrigerator lifespan for the products?

A: Unthaw detox juices should be consumed within 72 hours (3 days) of being refrigerated. If you are doing our 3 or 7 day detox plan, you could leave two plans in the refrigerator and freeze the remainder of the plan. Thaw out the night prior to completing the rest of the detox plan.

A: Ginger shots can last in the refrigerator for 5 days to uphold freshness. Freeze the remaining shots up to three months before consumption.

A: Sea moss water can last in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Sea moss water can be frozen up to three months.

A: Queendom and Kingdom Gummy’s are good in the refrigerator for two weeks. Gummy’s can be frozen for up to 3 months.

A: Gut Juices can last in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. We recommend consuming within 5 days to achieve nutritionist value and herbal benefits. Gut juices cannot be frozen due to the glass bottle.

A: Celery Juice can last in the refrigerator for 3 days. Juices can be frozen up to three months.

A: Herbal teas can last in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Teas can be frozen up to three months.

Q: If I have a chronic or lifelong illness, can I intake any of the herbal products?

A: Unfortunately, we are not doctors; therefore, we recommend that you consult with your doctor(s).

Q: How long does the flower last from the Blooming Teas?

A: The flowers from the Blooming Teas only last for one day. You could do refills of hot water and drink the tea throughout the day. Discard flowers after one day usage.
